Landlords Frequently Asked QuestionsWe advertise properties on various sites with Rightmove being number one market place including Zoopla, Gumtree Facebook and Twitter for greater portfolio and faster possibilities to have your property rented. If you do not wish your property to be advertise on any of the above please inform the agent.
We have a 4 month cap on our lettings properties. However, our average time to let a property taken on is 3 weeks.
Within 3 weeks you will be provided with a suitable tenant from our internet market place. If a property is taking more than 3 weeks to be rented, we will review this with you. This does not mean we have stop our service on the property unless instructed to by Landlord.
